Grand and Ghostly earned a First Time Entrants award from Hobby Builders Supply in their 23rd annual "Creatin' Contest".

* The floors on the first and second floor are walnut planks.
* All the ceilings are custom designed and unique.
* The ghosts are OOAK no moulds were used.
* The base boards, crown moulding are all custom made and designed.
* Many of the furniture items are hand made one of a kind.
* The house is electrified.

Look into the interior of Grand and Ghostly
The Attic is custom built from floor to ceiling. Includes a flying ghost, rocking horse, stored paintings, furniture, etc.
Flying around the attic is this one of a kind hand sculpted Ghost. She is made from the professional grade polymer clay.
The study has a stained glass and wood beam ceiling. A one of a kind stained glass window. The walls are wood panels and columns with and individual walnut planked flooring. The back of a ghost is seen leaving the room
The library includes a working radio hand crafted out of walnut. A little lost ghost. A hand crafted chair and a ghostly tea set.
The library had a stained glass ceiling with hand made wooden beams. It is paneled in wood with columns. The bookcase contains several books of a haunted nature. The window is seeded glass giving it a wonderful Victorian feel.
This little ghost walks thru walls. She is one of a kind and made from professional grade polymer clay.
The Dining Room in the Grand and Ghostly has walnut plank flooring, hand crafted chair railing and panels. A hand painted ceiling with miniature bats encircling the hand crafted working crystal chandelier. The dining table is hand crafted and has remnants of a dinner served long ago.
